Postcard and Vacation Photo Contest Rules
How to enter:
To enter, either mail a postcard to Wardlaw Orthodontics, 8315 Cantrell Road, Ste. 100, Little Rock, AR 72227 or tag a vacation photo on Wardlaw Orthodontics Facebook page. All entries must be received by the contest closing date. Incomplete contact information may delay or make the awarding of the prize impossible. All entries shall become the property of Wardlaw Orthodontics. Wardlaw Orthodontics is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries either by snailmail or cyberspace.
Contest Rules:
- The contest is open to all patients of Wardlaw Orthodontics.
(We really hope to hear from you!)
- Contest will end on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 9:00 pm.
- Decision of the contest judges is final – no substitutions will be available.
(Really we can’t be bribed…not even with chocolate.)
- Prizes will be awarded no later than, Thursday, August 19, 2010.
- By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or photograph for promotion or advertising purposes Wardlaw Orthodontics deems appropriate. (We want to be able to show off your smiling face.)
- Postcard entries must contain the legible name of the patient and be received through the mail.
- Tagged photos on Facebook must be appropriate for all ages. (1 to 100)
- When tagging a photo, please make sure patient name appears in the caption, along with location of photo.
- By tagging a photo, or mailing a postcard to Wardlaw Orthodontics, it becomes the property of Wardlaw Orthodontics and you authorize Wardlaw Orthodontics to use the photo and/or postcard/s to display in our office. No personal information will be displayed other than first name/names of the sender and location of photo or what venue postcard represents. (Photo or postcard it’s all about sharing the fun.)
