Your First Visit

Your first visit is a chance for us to get acquainted and to answer any orthodontic questions you may have. A key element in our relationship with you and/or your child is getting to know you and your orthodontic concerns. Careful listening allows us to meet your needs with the utmost comfort and convenience to you.

We will ask that you complete a patient information and health history form as well as any necessary insurance forms.

We will provide a complete tour of our office and explanation of each step involved in treatment. During the initial examination, Dr. Wardlaw will use digital photographic images to prepare and present an individual treatment plan and explain your treatment options.
