Scheduled Appointments
Each appointment will be scheduled at the conclusion of the previous appointment. Due to developments in technology, we now require fewer appointments throughout treatment. Typically, there are six to 10 weeks between appointments.

Because we respect your time, our staff and doctor have developed a scheduling system that stresses on-time performance. We schedule longer appointments during mid-morning hours. Routine check-ups and adjustments can take as little as 10-20 minutes. In the event that you need to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you call our office as far in advance as possible.

We are as flexible as possible in scheduling appointments to meet the needs of our patients’ busy lifestyles.

Financial Terms and Insurance
We offer a variety of payment options and will help you to choose the plan that best suits the needs of you and your family. We ask that you bring all of the insurance information we would need to help determine the benefits you may have available. When you come for your initial appointment, we will contact your insurance company to confirm benefits and answer any questions you may have. Our staff is happy to handle the filing of all of your insurance forms, so you don’t have to! We are a premier provider for Delta Dental.

We offer a discount on our fees for prepayment. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
